The winners of the 6th annual Critics Choice Super Awards have been announced. Newcomer Widow’s Bay swept all three categories in which it was nominated, winning Best Horror Series, Limited Series or Made-for-TV Movie, as well as acting prizes for Matthew Rhys and Kate O’Flynn.

Meanwhile, as it concluded its run, season six of The Boys went home with three wins, including Best Superhero Series, Limited Series or Made-for-TV Movie as well as two nods for Antony Starr. Starr won Best Actor in a Superhero Series, Limited Series or Made-for-TV Movie, and Best Villain in a Series, Limited Series or Made-for-TV Movie.

The Best Villain in a Film honor went to Amy Madigan for Weapons. She also won our Critics Choice Award for Best Supporting Actress earlier this year.

In the film categories, The Furious, Obsession, Project Hail Mary, and Superman each earned two wins. Apple TV’s fan favorite Pluribus won Best Science Fiction/Fantasy Series, Limited Series or Made-for-TV Movie, and Rhea Seehorn took home Best Actress in Science Fiction/Fantasy Series, Limited Series or Made-for-TV Movie.

Notably, a special Best Good Boy in a Horror Movie award was presented to Indy, the star of IFC’s thriller Good Boy.  Prominent cats in the film industry had no comment.
