“Critics Choice,” “Critics Choice Awards,” “Critics Choice Documentary Awards,” “Critics Choice Real TV Awards,” “Critics Choice Super Awards,” the Critics Choice Association name, logos, seals, and related branding are trademarks or service marks of the Critics Choice Association or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Limited License

The Critics Choice Association reserves the right to modify awards categories, eligibility requirements, schedules, deadlines, voting procedures, and event details without prior notice.
11. Media Assets
Approved press materials, logos, photographs, and promotional assets made available in designated media areas may be used only in accordance with any accompanying usage guidelines.
All other rights remain reserved.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Critics Choice Association and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or the amount you paid directly to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Critics Choice Association, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
