The Critics Choice Association (CCA) will begin accepting entries for its newly launched Critics Choice Creator Awards. Joining the CCA’s distinguished slate of awards shows and celebrations honoring the most significant achievements in entertainment, the Critics Choice Creator Awards will serve as a way for “consumers to find ‘the good stuff’ while helping the best creators get found – and appreciated,” said CCA CEO Joey Berlin. 

As new digital formats and platforms command an increasing share of the popular entertainment landscape, the time has come for an awards program honoring the best creators whom critics, audiences, and fellow creators trust and respect. With over 50 categories, including Best Creator of the Year, Best Audio Podcast, Best Video Podcast, Best Comedy Creator, Best Drama Creator, Best Comedy Series, and Best Micro-Drama Series to name a few, the Critics Choice Creator Awards will celebrate the full range of digital and vertical-format entertainment.

The submission window closes Monday, February 1, 2027, and nominations will be announced on Thursday, March 18, 2027. Winners will be revealed on Thursday, April 15, 2027.
