Marc Berman (a.k.a. “Mr. Television”) is the Editor-in-Chief of The Programming Insider, the online destination for television and media. At present, he is a Senior Contributor at Forbes.com and is affiliated with Backstage.com and Great Entertainment Television. He has also written for a wide range of other publications including Mediaweek, Adweek, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Emmy Magazine, the New York Post, the New Your Daily News, Newsday, the Los Angeles Times, CBS Watch, and London-based C21 Media. In addition, Berman has appeared on Extra, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, The Insider, Inside Edition, E!’s The True Hollywood Story, the CBS Evening News, CBS Sunday Morning, CNN, CNBC, Fox News, MSNBC and the Biography Channel. His Ph.D. Trivia Quiz appears in the current print edition of The Complete Directory to Primetime Network and Cable TV Shows. Marc has traveled around the country for speaking engagements on media, including stops in Arizona, Georgia, Hawaii, and Maryland in the United States; Banff and Toronto, Canada; and Oslo, Norway, for his annual Fall TV Preview. In today’s era, many of his speaking engagements are via Zoom. Marc has been a CCA member since 2013.
