April Neale is an award-winning journalist, television contributor, content strategist, and entertainment critic whose work spans television, film, travel, wine, food, and culture. She is an entertainment contributor and featured writer for Idaho Today on KTVB Channel 7 (NBC Boise), where she interviews leading actors, filmmakers, producers, and creatives while covering the latest in entertainment and lifestyle. A longtime member of the entertainment press, April’s work has appeared through KTVB, NPR, MSN, AOL, The Idaho Press, Boise Weekly, and other national and international media outlets. Her background includes journalism, television production, public relations, talent relations, destination marketing, and strategic communications. In addition to the Critics Choice Association, April is a member of the Television Critics Association, GALECA: The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics, and the Alliance of Women Film Journalists. She is also a contributing author to Stream This Next: 1000 TV Shows to Suit Your Mood (Universe Press, UK) and was part of the Idaho Today team recognized by the Idaho Press Club for excellence in Arts & Entertainment Television.
