George M. Thomas has reviewed movies and covered the business of movies for Northeast Ohio newspapers for more than 30 years. For seven of those years, the Knight Ridder Tribune news service syndicated much of his work, including two columns. An initial member of the Critics Choice Association when it was the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA), he’s interviewed a number of filmmakers and actors. He is a native of the Cleveland area where he still resides.
