- Jackson Murphy has been a member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association since 2012, at the time becoming the youngest member in the history of the BFCA. He is currently the Film Critic/Entertainment Reporter for WGNA-FM, Albany (NY). In addition, Jackson appears regularly "CT Style" (WTNH -Hartford/New Haven), "The Morning Show" (SevenNet - Australia) and Fox Sports Radio. His "Lights Camera Jackson" movie reviews are featured on Lights-Camera-Jackson.com, Cultjer.com and TeenKidsNews.com. He is also a contributing writer for AnimationScoop.com. Jackson began his career as a Movie Critic in January 2006, at the age of 7 1/2, on Radio Disney station WDDY, Albany (NY). He has appeared on such shows as "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", "Today", "Ebert Presents: At the Movies", "Fox and Friends" and "Mark At The Movies" and has been profiled on VICE and in "Variety". In 2010 Jackson became the youngest person to win a Regional NY Emmy Award, for his movie reviews segments on YNN-TV. Along with the BFCA, Jackson is also a member of SAG-AFTRA and NATAS-NY.
