Kim Holcomb is an award-winning host and reporter for KING-TV’s Evening, the top-rated local news magazine show in the country. She also works as a fill-in host for New Day Northwest, the station’s live studio talk show. During her time with Evening she’s gone swimming with a crocodile, run the Warrior Dash, bashed dunes in Dubai, flown on a trapeze, and jumped out of an airplane. (Fortunately, not all on the same day.) She’s covered films in L.A., New York, London, Toronto, Moscow, Berlin and Vienna, and fulfilled a lifelong dream by interviewing Kermit and Miss Piggy. Her work has earned five regional Emmys and the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award for writing. Kim has a master’s degree in broadcast journalism from Boston University, and as a result, will always include Good Will Hunting in her Top Ten List.
