Biography:
Host, Producer, Writer and Actress, Carrie Keagan made her splashy debut online becoming one of the first YouTube Sensations and has, since, gone on to become one of television’s most sought after personalities. Most recently, Keagan was host and producer of VH1’s Emmy Award winning live daily morning talk show, Big Morning Buzz Live with Carrie Keagan. Her comedic re-invention of the morning talk show cemented her place on the Television landscape by launching VH1’s first ever morning show franchise and longest running talk show to date. She also launched the show’s weekly counterpart, Big Evening Buzz Live with Carrie Keagan becoming one of only a select group of people to host a morning show and prime time talk show at the same time. Both shows were defined by Keagan’s boundless energy, effortless comedic style and a smart yet twisted brand of celebrity interview she has become known for. Keagan brought her trademark fresh and fearless approach to over 3 years Big Morning Buzz Live, playfully dubbed “the morning show for people who hate mornings.” Keagan is also an entrepreneur and online pioneer as the co-founder of one of the original and most successful YouTube channels ever “No Good TV.” As the lead anchor, writer and producer, Keagan has well over 8,000 interviews to her credit, including an impressive list of exclusive and uncensored sit-downs with some of the biggest celebrities on the planet, garnering her a giant fan base with well over 2 BILLION views online. Behind the scenes, Keagan is a creative force having produced numerous television programs and live specials as well as over two dozen digital shows. Recently she hosted TNT’s All Star All Style Fashion Competition Executive Produced by LeBron James and Kevin Hart. Previously she hosted Mob Wives: The Sit Down, a post show for the highest rated show on VH1, Mob Wives, Bates Motel: After Hours, the post show for A&E hit series as well as hosting Mark Burnett’s, Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy Camp for VH1. She has been a Special Correspondent on the EXTRA and is a frequent contributor and guest on the Steve Harvey show on NBC Syndication. She produced and hosted two seasons of VH1 Classic’s “One Hit Wonders” which was the highest rated series ever shown on the network. Similarly, Carrie’s 10 appearances as co-host of G4’s “Attack of the Show” were the 10 highest rated episodes in that show’s history. She has appeared on the couches of The Wendy Williams Show, The Talk, Rachael Ray, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Chelsea Lately, Katie, Bethenny, Dr. Drew, Access Hollywood Live, Maury, Red Eye, Showbiz Tonight and Joy Behar. She has hosted the Fox Teen Choice Awards Red Carpet as well as the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards Red Carpet, Spike TV Video Game Awards, VH1 Divas and The Daily 10 (E!) as well as the VH1’s Pepsi Super Bowl FanJam and GRAMMY Night Live. She has also co-anchored live Emmy, Oscar and Golden Globe red carpet coverage for TV Guide Network. She has also appeared on the dais of the New York Friar’s Club Roasts of both Jack Black and Boomer Esiason. Keagan’s acting credits include a recurring role in the Comedy Central series Reno 911! and cameos in the films ‘Superbad’ and ‘The Hangover.’ Her other film credits include Universal’s “American Pie: Book of Love” and Smokin’ Aces: Assassin’s Ball.” In 2014, she appeared in the feature films in “V/H/S: Viral” and “Badpuss: A Popumentary” as well as the lead in the horror short “Dinner” directed by the Brothers Reidell for Legendary Entertainment and Guillermo Del Toro, and in Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds latest music video “Do The Damage.” Later this year she’ll be appear in the lead role in two feature films, the horror thrillers “Fetish Factory” and “The Fiancé.” She was recently cast as the female lead opposite Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter in SyFy’s boy-band zombie Western Dead 7, from the producers of Sharknado. Keagan has written for Vanity Fair and in 2016 will also see the release of her first book from St. Martin’s Press.
